Reslilient Whingate Book Characters have a great day at school

Despite the best efforts of the 'Beast from the East' to stop us from celebrating World Book Day our children dressed to impress as their favourite book characters. They had a marvellous day of book related activities, making potions, cooking and finally getting involved in a paired year group reading in the wall. The latter was a terrific success and is sure to be repeated again soon.
