Visiting Thackeray Medical Museum was fantastic - No bones about it!
Year 5 were taken back to 1842 and experienced life in a Victorian school classroom before they toured Thackeray Medical Museum and researched the development of modern medical science. Though gruesome at times the children were absolutely clear that their life today was a significant improvement on Victorian Life. The Year 5 website page will have more information soon.
